Things Gamers need to know about FIFA 16!
The new FIFA 16 release date is months awayand EA sports announced new FIFA 16 features and brought in Pelé to show off the new FIFA 16 gameplay trailer for E3 2015 that highlights three new areas of innovation for the new FIFA game.
FIFA 16 delivers new innovation on the pitch that will help add realism to the game and open up new player actions that can help you on offense and on defense.
In order to help you master the game of football, or soccer, EA Sports adds training to the gameplay that will make it easier to know when to pass or how to play so that you can score and become a better player.
This is all in addition to the new Women’s International teams that gamers can control in FIFA 16 this year.]
EA shows off an array of new defensive maneuvers, offensive strikes and other enhancements to the game. The FIFA 16 gameplay is on the PS4, but you can expect similar graphics and features on Xbox One and PC.
On EA's FIFA 16 website the company notes that not all the features are available on all platforms, so you will see more information on how FIFA 16 for Xbox One compares to FIFA 16 on Xbox 360 or PS4 vs PS3 in the near future.
Become a Better FIFA 16 Player
The new FIFA 16 release includes the FIFA 16 Trainer to help make you a better player while you are simply playing FIFA on Xbox One, PS4 or PC.
Instead of forcing players to learn how to play FIFA 16 better in dedicated training modes, the game will actually teach you how to play better with on-screen buttons and commands that highlight a potential action that you should take.
One of the examples EA provided was that you will learn how to cross better, but in the reveal we also saw details on passing at the right time and other tips to help you become a better player and beat your opponent.
One huge example is that when you go to take a shot, on screen you will see the buttons to press for the best types of shots, like a Finesse shot or a Chip shot, depending on your location, defenders and other factors.
FIFA 16 Defensive Upgrades
With FIFA 16 defensive players get a new edge thanks to the ability to maintain your defensive shape even under pressure. This plays into greater confidence that your team will back you up. There is now more team based defending and 25 upgrades help mobile defenders quickly adapt and adjust to cut off an opponent. EA promises that you will feel "freedom of movement," as you defend.
As you break off to take down an attacker, FIFA 16 is smart enough to bring your AI defenders together to cover the gap you just created by going for an interception or a takedown. Smarter team mates will also track attacks better and close down the angles to limit the power of even talented offensive forces.
There are also new slide, standing and fake tackles to help you steal the ball away and win it from the tackle so that you can turn the tide and head out on offense.
FIFA 16 Offensive Upgrades
FIFA 16 is not content to give defenders all the power. There are key FIFA 16 gameplay upgrades aimed at delivering incredible scores, beautiful runs and a new touchless dribble that is sure to leave your opponent crying foul after an insane score.
While you are on offense you can now pass with greater accuracy and precision that delivers just the right power at the perfect location to set up a score or start a run.
EA also promises more "Moments of Magic" that allow players to define a game with a beautiful "wow" worthy score thanks to high-octane players with loads of skill.
